The DBF-4000SB includes Split Beam technology capable of estimating, with a high degree of accuracy, fish size for a school or a set of echoes selectable on screen. The equipment shows in a size histogram the number of echoes measured in each range, in order to determine whether a school is a sustainable fishing target.
